Editorial Strategy: Develop and implement the editorial vision and strategy to enhance audience engagement and drive growth. Team Management: Hire, train, and mentor editorial staff, fostering a collaborative and creative environment. Quality Control: Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with the organizations voice and standards. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, design, and production, to coordinate content initiatives. Budget Management: Oversee the editorial budget and resource allocation, ensuring effective use of funds. Audience Analysis: Analyze audience metrics and feedback to refine content strategy and improve engagement.
