Job Description

    Job Title:- Relationship managerDepartment:- CommodityGrade: - (if applicable) E3CTC Upto :- 6 Lacs/AnnumResponsibilities
    • Coordinating with clients for their daily trades in Commodity.
    • Help customers to Execute trade online and place orders on behalf of customers.
    • Achieve healthy revenues without compromising on clients profitability.
    • Making confirmation of orders and trades done during the day to clients.
    • Advising clients with requisite information regarding the market condition.
    • Activating inactive clients through regular follow up.
    • Regularly following-up with clients and handling their queries.
    • Keep abreast of micro && macroeconomic indicators, global && domestic financial markets and impact on stock movements.
    • Achieving the Business target assigned in Terms of, generating revenue, acquiring clients, enhancing, upgrading the client relationship.
    • Ensuring the highest level of service to the clients.
    Desirable skills:
    • Graduate / Post graduate
    • Willingness to work in night shift
    • NISM- Commodity series 16 && Currency certified
    • 2 to 5 years of experience
    • Background from broking industry possessing Commodity knowledge
    • Good communication skills
