This role requires hands-on experience with AI writing tools, LLMs, NLPs and how these can leverage them to write & produce content at scale.Experience:4 to 6 years of content writing experience with the ability to ideate, write and deliver content for all internal & external communication; including & not limited to websites, eMails, social media, thought leadership, among others1-2 years of demonstrable experience of using artificial intelligence (AI) to produce engaging thumb-stopping and SEO-optimized content at scale this is mandatory for the roleProven experience in analysing content performance metrics using analytics tools to assess effectiveness and initiate improvements based on data-driven insights(optional but preferred) Experience in the recruitment industry encompassing content strategies for job-seekers & employers across geographies like India, KSA, UAE & Europe.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in marketing, copywriting, communications or similar writing-focused fieldsCertifications in content, analytics and AI is highly desirableMasters degree (in a writing or related specialisations like journalism) is optionalResponsibilities:Content Strategy: Create targeted content plans to reach diverse segments and geographies to drive engagement and results that align with Linnks goals and target audience interests Develop high-quality content, including articles, blogs, social media posts, and marketing materials such as eMails, brochures, leveraging AI tools to enhance personalisation and relevance to end-users Develop and implement content strategies employing best practices in search engine optimization (SEO) to optimize content for search visibility and engagement, ensuring alignment with current trends and algorithm changesContent Creation: Excellent hands-on writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to adapt style and tone for different global audiences Ability to write with, improve and train AI-writing tools to create hyperlocal content for internal and external communication that enables business outcomes across the marketing funnel Skilled in using and fine-tuning AI tools to create highly personalised content, tailored to specific customer segments and their behaviours. This should ensure content is relevant and reflective of the needs and preferences of diverse audiencesContent-enabled growth: Collaborate with product-development & sales teams for demand generation to acquire new users and retain existing customers through eMail marketing, social media and/or other forms of organic/paid marketing Align all content marketing efforts with revenue goals and lead nurturing strategies, creating a seamless (content-first) lead generation ecosystem across Linnks global footprint and servicelines Experience in using AI-driven content automation tools to enhance the speed and efficiency of content production. This should involve optimising workflows to produce scalable content across multiple platforms while maintaining high-quality standardsStorytelling, experimentation & analytics: Develop and drive unique storytelling that highlights the Linnk Groups services, success stories, partnerships, and key initiatives differentiating our brand from competitors Test and innovate all content by running A/B testing to experiment with various content strategies while using data & analytics to determine what resonates best with different stakeholders and target audience Write and leverage AI to creative content narratives for CxOs (thought leadership), work with SMEs to develop distinct PoVs and enable amplification of The Linnk Groups outlook as business & brand Leveraging analytics & AI tools to measure, monitor & continually optimise the performance of all content whilst reporting and creating best practices based on audience engagement and feedback.Key Competencies (Skills):Ability to develop comprehensive content strategies that align with business objectives and adapt to market trendsProficiency in using (and training) AI models to produce, edit and deploy at scaleAbility to oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content that resonates with target audiencesUnderstanding of AI ethics, particularly in ensuring that AI-generated content is free from bias, adheres to ethical guidelines and maintains cultural sensitivity to ensure Linnks content is both responsible and reflective of diverse viewpointsSkills in crafting engaging social media content, and building online communities with content thats valuable and sharableExcellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling marketing messages and interacting with stakeholders.Please share your updated cv to hidden_email,
