Job Description

Job Summary:We are hiring a motivated Bancassurance Executive/Manager to build and maintain strong partnerships with our banking partners. If you have a minimum of 6 months of experience in selling banking products and are eager to excel in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:
• Foster strong relationships with bank staff to drive the sale of insurance products.
• Train and assist bank employees in identifying customer insurance needs and promoting solutions.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective collaboration with bank branches.
• Provide regular updates and insights on sales performance to the management.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: A bachelors degree is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in selling banking products (e.g., loans, credit cards, savings, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
• Knowledge of insurance or financial products is an advantage but not mandatory.
