Job Description

    OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales or service, with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients.Duties Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive products and services. Assist customers with scheduling appointments for vehicle service and repairs. Provide detailed information on services offered, including shocks, struts, and air brake systems. Collaborate with the sales team to promote dealership offerings and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist customers with basic troubleshooting and service recommendations. Transmit customer feedback to management for continuous improvement of services.Skills Proven experience in customer service, preferably within an automotive dealership environment. Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes and auto service management. Familiarity with auto estimating procedures and mechanical components of vehicles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
