Delivery Lead Recruitment Operations

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery operations from JD allocation to candidate onboarding
• Manage recruiter performance and ensure timely submissions and closures
• Maintain SLAs, handle escalations, and ensure clean ATS data
• Collaborate with Client Leads & report directly to the Founder
• Drive weekly reviews, reports, and ensure target achievement
Performance KPIs
• Recruiter output: 20 to 30 qualified CVs/month
• Interview Line-ups: 46/week per recruiter
• TAT for submissions: Within 2448 hours
• Weekly closures: 24 (based on team size)
• Timely reports & escalation resolution
What Were Looking For
• 4 to 6 years in recruitment (min. 2 years in delivery/ops)
• BFSI & IT hiring experience (preferred)
• Strong communication inEnglish
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and ATS platforms
• Proven leadership in managing recruiter teams
