Job Description

    Vivid Diagnostic Centre is Keralas premier chain of diagnostic centres, renowned for our NABL Accreditation and ISO 9hidden_mobile Certification. We are dedicated to providing high-quality diagnostic services, leveraging cutting-edge technology and a patient-centric approach. As a leader in the healthcare sector, we are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our dynamic Dental Department as Dental Assistant at our Vyttila centre.Key Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during patient examinations, procedures, and treatments. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments, equipment, and materials in accordance with infection control guidelines. Ensure patient comfort throughout their visit, providing reassurance and information about treatments. Perform preliminary dental tasks such as taking X-rays, impressions, and conducting dental cleanings. Maintain and update patient dental records accurately. Ensure that the dental operatory is cleaned, organized, and properly set up for each patient. Manage inventory and order dental supplies as needed. Provide patients with post-operative instructions and educate them on proper oral hygiene practices. Assist with administrative duties, including appointment scheduling and billing, when necessary. Follow established protocols for patient safety and infection prevention.Qualifications & Skills: Educational Qualification: Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting from a recognized institution. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred; however, fresh graduates with the right skill set are welcome to apply. Familiarity with dental instruments, procedures, and dental X-ray techniques. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency, with experience in dental practice management software being an advantage. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care.Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with occasional flexibility as needed)Benefits: Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
