    Job Title: Digital Analytics SpecialistLocation: KochiExperience: 6 years in Digital Analytics, Data Insights, or similar rolesJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Digital Analytics Specialist with a passion for data analysis, strategy development, and delivering actionable insights to drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in digital analytics, a strong understanding of data tools and techniques, and an ability to collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to optimize digital experiences and campaigns.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end digital analytics for web, mobile, and other digital platforms. Analyze user behavior, conversion rates, and customer journey metrics to inform marketing and business strategies. Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs for digital performance (traffic, conversion, engagement, retention). Perform deep-dive analysis of digital channels, such as SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, and social media performance. Use tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other digital measurement platforms for reporting and insights. Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, tagging, and optimal tracking implementation. Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to showcase insights and recommendations. Implement A/B testing and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and analytics methodologies. Provide thought leadership and contribute to the digital analytics strategy of the organization. Mentor junior analysts and support team growth.Key Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital analytics, with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms. Expertise in web analytics, campaign analysis, SEO, SEM, and user behavior analysis. Strong knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio. Proficient in statistical analysis and modeling techniques. Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and audience analysis. Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager). Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.Preferred Skills Experience working with SQL or other querying languages. Familiarity with JavaScript or Python for data manipulation. Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs) and experience in integrating multiple data sources.,
