Job Description

    We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Education Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the process of selecting, applying to, and enrolling in international educational programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of global education trends, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and their families.Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling: Provide personalized counseling sessions to students and their families to understand their academic goals, preferences, and financial backgrounds backgrounds.Program Selection: Assist students in identifying suitable courses and universities based on their academic interests and career aspirations.Application Assistance: Guide students through the application process, including preparing application materials, writing personal statements, and compiling necessary documentation.Financial Aid and Scholarships: Offer information and assistance regarding available scholarships, grants, and financial aid options.Pre-departure Briefings: Conduct orientation sessions for students preparing to study abroad, covering topics such as cultural adaptation, academic expectations, and practical tips for living overseas.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international universities, colleges, and other educational institutions.Marketing and Outreach: Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and online webinars to promote our services and attract prospective students.Follow-up and Support: Maintain regular contact with students and their families throughout the entire application and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any concerns that may arise.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Education,Experience: minimum 1 yearProven experience in educational consulting, student counseling, or a similar role.In-depth knowledge of international education systems, university admission processes, and visa regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students and their families.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: Paid time offSchedule: Day shiftPerformance bonusWork Location: In person,
