• Market & Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Stocks, Bonds, and Mutual Funds. Utilize both technical and fundamental analysis to understand market trends and client risk profiles.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee broking operations and coordinate seamlessly with RMS, Risk, Compliance, and Sales departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Franchisee Management: Conduct monthly on-site visits to franchisees to provide support, ensure alignment with corporate standards, and drive local performance.
• Revenue Generation: Drive profitability through the generation of brokerage and the strategic cross-selling and up-selling of a diverse range of financial products and services.
• Strategic Outreach: Manage mass communication campaigns for Equity Advisory services to engage existing clients and attract new investment interest.
