Job Description

Designation - Equity Dealer/Equity Advisor Min Experience -1 YRS & above CTC - 6 LPA
• Trading on behalf of the clients and Advising clients on market Queries
• Building relationships with NRI clients & educating them about Investments
• Client Acquisition as per targets and cross selling of 3rd party products (MF, Insurance, SIP etc)
Revenue Generation
• Customer Profiling
• Activation of inactive clients
• Increasing volumes and revenue by proper guidance to customers so as to increase their maximum participation.
• Cross selling other products
Client Interaction
• Regular Meetings with clients for maintaining relations
• References from existing clients to acquire new clients
• Updating clients on market, companys research reports, new IPOs, etc
• Proper confirmations of trades to clients on daily basis.
Risk Management.
• Group discussions & up-gradation of market information, research reports
• General Strive towards achieving individual goals and thereby the branch and organizational goals

Skills:-
• Minimum Graduation
• Should have a sound understanding / knowledge of capital markets.
• Should be result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, good communication skills.
• Should be certified in Equity Derivative Certificate (NISM 8) - Mandatory.
