Job Description

    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Food & Beverage Associate to join our team. As an F&B Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service. Ensure tables are clean and set up for the next guest. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.Requirements: Previous Banquet Experience is a plus. Excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt. Team player with a positive attitude. Basic knowledge of food and beverage items.
