Job Description

    Identify and qualify potential customers for fiber optic cable installation and maintenance services. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies. Climb poles and work at heights to install, maintain, and repair fiber optic cables. Conduct site surveys and assess installation requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fiber optic networks. Ensure the quality and efficiency of installations and repairs. Adhere to safety regulations and company procedures. Use and maintain tools and equipment related to fiber optic cable installation. Provide excellent customer service and support. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Ensure customer satisfaction with our services. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Strong understanding of fiber optic technology and network infrastructure. Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to fiber optic cable installation and splicing. Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards. Basic understanding of network troubleshooting and diagnostics. Willingness to travel as needed. Ability to climb poles and work at heights. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
