Job Description

    As a Modular Furniture Factory Supervisor, you will oversee the production operations within our factory, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes and high-quality output. Your role involves supervising a team of workers, managing production schedules, maintaining machinery, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.Responsibilities: Supervise Production: Direct and supervise the activities of factory workers engaged in modular furniture manufacturing. Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and train production staff to optimize their performance and enhance their skills. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, cooperation, and productivity. Production Planning: Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders. Monitor workflow to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies for improved efficiency. Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all modular furniture products meet or exceed company standards. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues related to product quality. Machine Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of production machinery and equipment. Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule routine servicing and address any breakdowns or malfunctions promptly. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and components required for production. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment and minimize production delays. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a safe working environment for all factory employees. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or concerns promptly. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction within the production process. Implement measures to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency. Reporting: Generate regular reports on production metrics, including output volume, quality levels, and adherence to schedules. Provide updates to management on production status and performance.Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in furniture production. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing production challenges.
