Job Description

    SOTI is committed to providing its employees with endless possibilities; learning new things, working with the latest technologies and making a difference in the world.What Youll Do Collaborate closely with stakeholders and design teams to create user-friendly interfaces and experiences using Figma. Transform UI/UX design prototypes and mockups into responsive, interactive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Implement responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript, translating designs into functional front-end code. Perform thorough testing and debugging of code to ensure optimal functionality and performance across different browsers and devices. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles. Use version control systems (Git, GitHub) to manage codebase, track changes, and collaborate effectively with team members. Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain design consistency across projects. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, instrument conversion points, and optimize user funnels. Implement all third-party tracking and conversion tools (pixels, tags, etc.) with SOTI properties to ensure conversion tracking. Ensure the marketing technology stack is set up and optimized to support accurate and detailed lead generation tracking reporting (e.g., Conversion events in Google Analytics, lead flow between Pardot & Salesforce, etc.).Experience Youll Bring Bachelors degree in computer science, Web Development, Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing both design and front-end development skills. Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (including Tailwind CSS), and JavaScript, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code. Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks, ensuring interfaces render well on various devices. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub. Ability to troubleshoot and debug front-end issues, ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Experience in technical implementation and maintenance of Google Analytics, Google Ads, major social media platforms, and content management systems. Experience using leading tools, techniques, and best practices designed for online and mobile customer experiences. Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices.
