We are looking for a strategic leader with a strong background in sales and a passion for driving business growth.Key Responsibilities: Build and manage a robust distribution network for PRiiS products across India. Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve quarterly sales targets. Oversee company operations with a focus on sales strategy, market penetration, and growth. Recruit, train, and mentor team members, ensuring alignment with company goals. Travel extensively (up to 60%) to oversee sales operations, build B2B and B2C relationships, and explore new market opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies that meet market demands and drive revenue growth.Desired Skills & Experience: Proven experience in building distribution networks within the FMCG/Cosmetics industry. Strong leadership and team management skills with 10-15 years of relevant experience in heading and leading sales teams. Expertise in both B2B and B2C sales strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision making abilities.
