Position: Healthcare Project Executive Senior Living (Kerala Operations)About the RoleWe are launching a premium assisted living and senior care facility in Kochi designed to provide high-quality care for elderly residents, particularly for families whose children live abroad.We are looking for a dynamic Healthcare Project Executive who will act as the local operations and project coordination lead in Kerala during the setup phase of this facility.This role will involve market research, property identification, vendor coordination, and partnership development with hospitals and healthcare providers.Key Responsibilities:* Market Research* Visit and analyze assisted living and elder care facilities in Kochi* Study pricing, services, and operational models of competitors* Prepare research reports and insights* Property Identification* Identify suitable villas or properties for assisted living facilities* Coordinate with property brokers and landlords* Conduct site visits and prepare property evaluation reports* Vendor & Agency Coordination* Meet architects, consultants, and interior contractors* Coordinate with medical equipment suppliers* Assist in planning facility layout and infrastructure* Healthcare Partnerships* Initiate partnerships with hospitals, doctors, and physiotherapists* Develop referral relationships with healthcare providers* Regulatory & Compliance Coordination* Assist with local licensing requirements* Coordinate with municipal and regulatory authorities if required* Project Coordination* Track progress of renovation, setup, and facility preparation* Provide weekly reports including site visits, vendor meetings, and project updatesCANDIDATES PROFILEEducation Preferred:MBA in Healthcare ManagementMasters / Bachelors in Hospital AdministrationMBA / Business Administration with healthcare exposureHotel Management graduates with operations experienceExperience:25 years of experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, or project coordinationExperience working with hospitals, healthcare startups, or senior living facilities is a strong advantageSkills:Fluent in English and MalayalamStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to independently coordinate vendors and agenciesComfortable conducting field visits and meetingsStrong organizational and reporting abilitiesCompensation & Benefits: Salary: 45,000 55,000 per monthTravel reimbursement for project visitsPerformance incentives based on project milestonesOpportunity to grow into Operations Manager for Senior Living Facilities
