Job Description

    Role Summary:As an HR Manager & Marketing Specialist at D3S Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives by developing and managing the HR policies that promote a healthy work culture, drive employee engagement, and optimize talent management.Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for various departments. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. Conduct interviews, oversee background checks, and facilitate the hiring process in a timely manner. Employee Relations and Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution, ensuring a positive workplace environment. Foster a culture of teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect across all levels of the organization. Design and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention. Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Provide training and support to managers on performance improvement and employee development plans. Address performance issues and facilitate coaching or disciplinary actions when necessary. Training and Development: Identify employee development needs and organize training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Develop and implement professional development programs aligned with organizational goals. Monitor the effectiveness of training and make adjustments as necessary. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the salary structure and benefits package to ensure market competitiveness and employee satisfaction. Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements regarding employee benefits. HR Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company objectives. Ensure that all employees understand and adhere to the company policies and legal regulations. Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and exit processes in accordance with legal requirements. Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and report HR metrics, including turnover rates, absenteeism, hiring time, and employee satisfaction. Analyze data to inform decision-making and recommend process improvements. Workforce Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term workforce strategies. Manage headcount and resource planning to support organizational growth and strategic initiatives. Culture and Leadership Development: Promote a strong organizational culture aligned with the companys mission, vision, and values. Lead initiatives to build leadership capability and succession planning within the organization.Qualifications: Education: MBA in HR, Marketing or relevant degree. Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Key Competencies: Team Management: Experience in leading HR teams and collaborating with other departments. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and organizational strategy. Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle change effectively. Empathy: Strong emotional intelligence to handle employee concerns with sensitivity and understanding.Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the IT or consulting industry.
