In addition, you will assist in various HR functions and operational tasks to ensure smooth team coordination and support. Support mass hiring strategies to meet our growing sales team needs. Collaborate with the sales department to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely recruitment. Assist in operational tasks, such as maintaining databases, coordinating between HR and sales teams, and ensuring efficient workflow. Manage recruitment pipelines and handle professional email communications with candidates and internal teams.
