    Job Summary:As a Recruiter at Encore Recruiterz Hub, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top talent for our clients. You will work closely with Team Leaders to understand the hiring needs of our Clients and search for potential candidates. You will conduct telephonic interviews, screen resumes, and check CTQ parameters to ensure that the candidates meet the clients requirements. You will be responsible for managing your candidates recruitment process from start to finish and ensuring a positive experience for both the client and the candidate.Key Responsibilities:
    • Recruitment coordinators/recruiters to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals and delivering high-quality service to clients and candidates
    • Work with Team Leader to understand the staffing needs of our clients and work as per the work allocation by TL
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position as per client requirements
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a steady flow of applicants for multiple clients
    • Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates
    • Coordinate with clients to schedule interviews and manage the interview process
    • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and feedback
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and provide regular reports/tracker to Team Leader - Recruitment
    • Serve as a point of contact for clients and candidates to address any issues or concerns
    • Ensure the CRM is properly maintained & updated
    • Attend and or Lead the meetings, huddle meetings and provide proper updates of candidates to Team Leaders and Manager - Recruitment.
