Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage daily hub operations including sorting, loading, dispatch, and delivery to ensure SLA adherence.
• Supervise hub staff, delivery executives, and vendors; plan shifts, manage attendance, and drive productivity.
• Monitor shipment flow, inventory, returns (RTO), and reconciliation to minimize losses and damages.
• Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
• Track operational KPIs such as delivery success rate, TAT, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Handle operational escalations, customer complaints, and delivery issues with quick resolution.
• Coordinate with transporters, delivery partners, and central operations teams.
• Maintain hub infrastructure, security, and workplace safety.
• Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports and share insights with management.
• Drive continuous process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
