Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION : IT PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR - CANDIDATES FROM KERALA ONLYWe are looking for a Project Coordinator who will work closely with the IT project team and Project Manager on client solutionsJob roles and responsibilitiesIdentify work packages, coordinate teams, and analyse project informationFollow up on the progress of work items and communicate with project ManagerCapture detailed minutes of meetings, while organizing and distributing relevant information to appropriate stakeholdersEnsure the Project Team adheres to provided timelines and deliverablesSupport the daily functions of the Project Management Office and Project ManagersProvide status updates on projects, indicate key milestones, and take project decisions to leadership for guidanceAnalyse business processes highlighting issues and challenges, then recommend solutions and improvementsDevelop and implement test plans to ensure the successful delivery of projectsCommunicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholdersKnowledge and Skills requiredExperience of working in similar rolesMust have good knowledge of STLC and SDLCMust have experience with any of the project management tools(Jira, red mine, trello, zoho, etc)Must have good team management skillsMust have good communication skills both verbal and oralGraduate in any discipline, Computer science background preferred.Experience in software testing is preferred,
