Handle incoming inquiries and provide appropriate sales support. Build and maintain client relationships through proactive engagement via calls, emails, and messages to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Proactively follow up onleads and convert them into successful sales. Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding events and webinars. Maintain and update sales records, CRM, and databases. Collaborate with the sales team if required. Have a basic understanding of IT products and services to communicate effectively with clients.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Technical & Sales Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage and persuade potential customers. Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales support (preferred). Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Basic knowledge of IT products, services, and technology trends.Preferred Skills: Previous experience in B2B or IT sales. Ability to handle client objections and negotiate effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Soft Skills: Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
