    Job Title: Junior Customer Operations ExecutiveCompany: Direct7 NetworksLocation: Kochi, KeralaWorkflow Analysis: Analyzing support workflows and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Sales Assistance: Supporting the sales process by providing potential leads with detailed information about the companys products and services. Communication Skills: Demonstrating proficiency in English, both verbal and written.Experience: 0.5-2 years of experience in customer support/customer operations/Technical support.
