Job Description

Gain exposure to tech start-up functions in a rapidly growing company.Your Role & Responsibilities:As a Junior QA Engineer, your key responsibilities will include: Designing, writing, maintaining, and executing both manual and automated test cases. Collaborating with Development, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless integration of quality standards. Taking ownership of the quality of the product, ensuring that it meets high standards and customer expectations. Contributing to building and maintaining test plans and optimizing test coverage.Qualifications:We expect you to: Have 2 years of experience in a junior QA role. Be an effective problem solver and think creatively to find solutions. Manage tasks efficiently under time pressure, adapting quickly to changing priorities. Value quality and inspire those around you to do the same. Be proactive, demonstrate initiative, and take ownership of your work. Have a strong team mindset, but be able to think independently. Demonstrate clear and concise communication.Technically, You Should Have: Experience in designing test plans and test cases, understanding scope, prepping data, and optimizing test coverage. Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing techniques. Understanding of BDD practices and the ability to write test cases in Gherkin syntax. Exposure to Cypress, Specflow, or a similar test automation tool. Strong proficiency in MS SQL and bug tracking/management. A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
