Job Description

    We are seeking a Lead React.js Developer with 4-8 years of experience to design, develop, and optimize highly responsive web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in React.js, a deep understanding of modern web technologies, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the product team to understand project requirements and goals. Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of scalable applications. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and engineers. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance. Ensure code quality through proper reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.Required Skills Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience developing applications using React.js. Proficiency in popular React.js workflows such as Flux and Redux. Expertise in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6), and TypeScript. Experience in service-oriented web applications (Spring MVC, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, JAX-WS). Strong understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance optimization. Familiarity with unit testing using JavaScript frameworks. Knowledge of object-oriented design principles, software design patterns, and Java coding practices. Exposure to AWS, Big Data/Hadoop, and NoSQL databases is a plus.Leadership Skills Ability to lead a team and take ownership of project delivery. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
