Job Description

    Master Data Management (MDM) SpecialistPosition: MDM Specialist (Informatica MDM / PIM / Stibo / Markit EDM / Reltio)Experience: 6 YearsLocation: KochiEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MDM Specialist with 6 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and managing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in one or more of the following MDM platforms: Informatica MDM, PIM, Stibo, Markit EDM, or Reltio. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the organization. This role requires expertise in MDM processes, data governance, and enterprise data management strategies.Key Responsibilities: MDM Implementation & Management: Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of MDM solutions such as Informatica MDM, Stibo, PIM, Markit EDM, or Reltio. Design, develop, and execute MDM solutions that ensure high levels of data integrity and quality. Customize MDM platforms to meet business requirements, including workflow design, data integration, and data modeling. Manage ongoing MDM platform upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. Data Governance & Quality: Work closely with data governance teams to define data policies and standards. Monitor and improve data quality, including profiling, cleansing, and validation processes. Establish and enforce data stewardship and ownership protocols across business units. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data architects, and IT, to gather requirements and ensure data solutions align with business needs. Provide expert advice and recommendations on MDM best practices and tools. Integration & Data Management: Lead the integration of MDM solutions with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow. Develop and maintain data models, data mappings, and data dictionaries to support the MDM solution. Manage and oversee master data lifecycle processes, including data onboarding, matching, merging, and synchronization. Reporting & Analysis: Develop and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into data quality, usage, and system performance. Conduct root cause analysis for data-related issues and implement solutions for improvement.Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 6 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) with hands-on expertise in at least one of the following platforms: Informatica MDM, PIM, Stibo, Markit EDM, or Reltio. Strong experience in data governance, data integration, and data modeling. Proficiency in MDM workflows, data quality, matching, and merging processes. Technical Skills: Experience with MDM platform configuration, development, and administration. Proficiency in ETL processes and data integration tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, Talend, or other similar tools. Experience with data modeling tools and techniques. Knowledge of data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica Data Governance, etc. Solid understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, or other query languages. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.,
