Job Description

We are currently hiring for Area Sales Manager Two Wheeler for Cochin & Hyderabad.   • Channel Management
  • Drive sales targets ,( Retail Volumes / Procurement / Warranty / Royalty / Bids )
  • Business monitoring of respective Dealers & his P&L
  • Monthly review of Stock & Retail business
  • Execute the schemes & local marketing (planned as per organization targets) ,to increase enquiries
  • To monitor walk-ins (x%) & conversion
  • Lead Analysis weekly / monthly
  • Improve penetration ( products v/s volume)
  • Ensuring timely collection
  • Over all dealer accountability for their profitability
  • Participation of dealers on new launched tech based product to support his procurements.
Improve Customer Satisfaction:
  • Daily monitoring of customer complaints & support the closure ( between dealer , customer & HO)
  • Actively engage with customers (potential and past) to increase CAPs
  • Provide after sale services and other schemes to enhance brand experience
Increase Network:
  • Meet prospect to pitch as per laid down calendar to increase footprints ( Network Growth)
  • Work with existing network for YOY growth ( Same Store Growth )
Quality Process Improvement:
  • Encourage Dealers to certify Bikes (certification penetration)
  • Brand identity adherence as per CI guidelines
  • Prepare buying and selling index: Local & IBB Price Grid enabler.
  • Ensure that all bikes are certified online for website & lead management
People Development:
  • Assess performance of the Dealers monthly
  • Self-development and learning from other team members
  • Identifying the training needs both self and dealership
  • Periodic audit of the training
  • Identifying high performer at Dealerships
  • Arrange for external and internal training to Dealers and his staff
