Job Description

    Location: ErnakulamExperience: Minimum 6 years in Operations Management (Construction)Job Summary:The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction operations, ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and a focus on operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Operation Planning: Develop and implement strategies to streamline construction processes, optimize resource use, and meet project deadlines within budget constraints. Project Coordination & Management: Manage multiple construction projects, ensuring coordination between different teams, timely delivery, and adherence to project specifications. Resource Allocation & Management: Ensure efficient allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity and minimize delays. Risk Management & Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks related to construction projects and develop mitigation plans to address issues quickly and efficiently. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor construction teams, including site supervisors and project managers, to achieve operational goals and maintain high performance. Quality Control Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet regulatory standards and quality benchmarks, conducting inspections to guarantee compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Implement process improvements and adopt innovative construction techniques to enhance operational performance and sustainability.Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management within the construction industry. Proven track record in managing construction projects and teams. Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and industry regulations. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.Preferred Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with contractors, clients, and internal teams.
