Job Description

    Job Title: Technical Operations ExecutiveCompany: Direct7 NetworksLocation: Kochi, KeralaWe are seeking a talented and dedicated Technical Operations Executive to join the Operations team at Direct7 Networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing deployments, and maintaining our Linux-based servers while ensuring seamless integration and support for our customers. This role is vital to ensuring the stability, efficiency, and performance of our systems.Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and effective support for technical incidents and issues in the production environment. Monitor and analyze server performance, troubleshoot problems, and optimize resources to ensure high availability and reliability. Automate software builds, deployments, and configuration management using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or equivalent. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and develop long-term resolutions. Collaborate with customers to provide technical assistance, support system integration, and ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements: A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in server, product, or application support. Proficiency with system monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix) and log analysis. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to server management. Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience writing SQL queries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and customers.
