Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets quality standards. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to HCM solutions.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in documenting processes and creating detailed reports.
