Location Bangalore/Mumbai/Trivandrum/Kochi (Hybrid mode)Required Qualifications
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Service Cloud implementations & support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Primary Skills Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) configuration and customization
• Strong knowledge of:
1. Service workflows and business rules
2. Agent desktop and workspace configuration
3. Knowledge management
4. Reports and analytics
• Experience with integrations and APIs
• Understanding of customer service and CRM processes
Additional / Optional Skills Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC)
• Basic to intermediate experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC)
• Understanding of:
• Resource management and scheduling
• Work order and activity lifecycle
• OFSC configurations and workflows
• Exposure to integrating OFSC with Oracle Service Cloud is a plus
