You will learn, grow and contribute building new relationships and discovering the satisfaction that comes through producing high-quality, valued work and advice.Your key responsibilities Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in US tax technical knowledge surrounding expatriate and inpatriate taxation laws. Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in tax technical knowledge Drive the tax return production process, review all types of tax returns and other tax deliverables Develop and supervise staff on all technical, client service and engagement management skills Assist the Manager in engagement management Communicate directly with the engagement teams in other offices Proactively recognize issues and recommend solutions Coach and mentor team members Facilitate problem solving and co-ordination Be a role model and spearhead by exampleSkills and attributes for success Effective communication skills by being articulate, thoughtful and adapting communications to target audiences; interacting effectively in person, by phone and in writing- including chatting Good systematic, numeric and teaming skillsTo qualify for the role, you must have Adequate work experience in expat tax law concepts including but not limited to concepts such as Foreign Earned Income exclusion, Foreign tax credit, passive foreign investments etc. Graduates or Post Graduates preferredIdeally, youll also have Basic MS office knowledgeWhat we look forWe look for candidates with proven capabilities of leading a team.
