Job Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Production Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and a passion for working in a production environment. This entry-level position is suitable for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing. The Production Engineer will work closely with the production team to ensure efficient manufacturing processes, maintain quality control, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Key Responsibilities: Production Support: Assist in the planning and execution of production processes. Monitor day-to-day operations and ensure smooth production workflows. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the production process to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure the highest quality standards. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks and inspections on products at various stages of production to meet industry standards and company requirements. Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges in the production line to prevent delays. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, production workers, and departments to ensure efficient operation. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine performance, and other key operational data. Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.Qualifications: Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Experience: 0-2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or related fields. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Skills: Basic understanding of production processes and equipment. Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software. Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset. Ability to work in a team and adapt to new challenges in a production environment. Good communication and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma practices is a plus.
