    Job Title: Interior Project ManagerLocation: KochiEmployment Type: Full-timeReports To: [Senior Manager or Director]Job Summary:The Interior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of interior design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and expertise in interior design principles to coordinate teams, liaise with clients, and manage every aspect of a project from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Conduct regular project reviews to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.2. Client and Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision, needs, and expectations. Provide regular updates and reports to clients and stakeholders on project status. Manage client feedback and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.3. Team Management: Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including designers, architects, contractors, and vendors. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and accountability. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team performance.4. Design and Technical Oversight: Review and approve design concepts, plans, and technical drawings. Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, building codes, and regulations. Conduct site visits to oversee progress, address issues, and ensure quality standards.5. Budget and Resource Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability. Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Source and procure materials, furniture, and finishes, balancing quality with cost-efficiency.6. Risk Management and Problem-Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans. Resolve project-related challenges and conflicts promptly and effectively. Ensure health and safety standards are maintained on-site.7. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and progress reports. Provide post-project analysis to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.Qualifications and Skills:Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.Experience: 5 years of experience in interior design or project management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of managing interior projects from start to finish.Skills: Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and project management tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Projects completed on time and within budget.
