Job Description

    Purchase Manager - Factory and QSR OperationsReports to: CFOLocation: CochinJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to lead our procurement operations for both factory and QSR businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement plans, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute procurement strategies for factory and QSR operations, aligning with business objectives and goals.2. Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.3. Conduct market research, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless procurement processes.6. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to track procurement performance and identify areas for improvement.7. Implement and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.8. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions.Requirements:1. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.2. Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a factory and QSR operations environment.3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.6. Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.Desirable Qualifications:1. Certification in procurement or supply chain management.2. Experience in managing procurement teams and developing procurement talent.3. Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, FSSC & ISO 9001).What We Offer:1.
