With projects like Mercury, we also support business transformation, and we are continuing to expand our services to support all Regions with their reporting and analytics needs.The opportunityThe Senior Associate in LMS Team plays a key role in the effective management of the Leave Management System and the related activities. The purpose of this job is to support the employees on their leave related queries, effective management of Leave management system, publishing leave related reports to the stakeholders.Your key responsibilities Managing employee leave management system Handling employees leave related queries Publishing employee leave balance related reports to stakeholders Conduct periodic stake holder connects Develop new reports as well as redesign the existing reports, identify and initiate automation opportunities Mentor, guide, train junior analysts and new recruitsSkills and attributes for success Knowledge of leave management systems Ability to quickly learn new tools and techniques Good eye for detail Be strong in MS Excel skill Possess good communication skill Flexibility and willingness to work as part of a team or on their own initiative Eagerness to learn quickly, be proactive and share knowledgeTo qualify for the role, you must have 3-6 years experience in Talent / Customer service B.Com or BBA Knowledge of basic accounting concepts Good communication skillIdeally, youll also have Exposure to Power Point PresentationsWhat we look for People with commercial acumen, technical experience, and enthusiasm to learn new things in this fast-moving environment Opportunities to work with EY F&A practices globally with leading businesses across a range of industriesWhat we offerEY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
