Reporting & Mentoring: Preparing reports and coaching junior engineers for skill development.Required Skills & Experience: 5 years in quality engineering with senior-level responsibilities. Knowledge of quality management systems like Six Sigma, ISO standards, and quality-related software (e.g., Minitab, SPC).
