    Cyrix Health Care is looking for Senior HR executive L&DKey Responsibility Area L&D1. Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training and development needs within the organization.2. Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement training programs, workshops, and courses to address identified needs.3.
