    Location: Pune; Kerala or ChennaiJob Type: Full-TimeSenior Software Developer Application Management - Backend DevOpsMode- Hybrid/WFH PAN India (Kochi preferred)Job descriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer for IT Services ManagementTeam.In this role, you will oversee the application management of a B2C application, ensuring itmeets the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and fulfils customer expectations. You willalso be involved in Support & Enhancement projects as needed. We are looking for a proactive,hands-on Software Developer with extensive experience in Backend DevOps knowledge.Responsibilities:Problem Management & Incident Management activities: Identifying and resolvingtechnical issues and errors that arise during application usage.Release and Update Coordination: Planning and executing software updates, newversions, or system upgrades to keep applications up to date.Change Management: Responsible for implementing and coordinating changes to theapplication, considering the impact on ongoing operations.Requirements:Education and Experience:A bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years ofprofessional experience or equivalent work experience.Skills& Expertise:Proficient in ITIL service management frameworks.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experienced in project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban).Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the abilityto connect and collaborate with stakeholders.Readiness to work on Support & Enhancement projects, including occasional on-callduties as needed.This assignment is a long-term contract, lasting over three years.Kindly share your CV to hidden_email,
