Job Description

We nurture smart people who bring out the best in themselves, their peers, and their clients.Responsibilities Conduct user interviews to understand pain points, needs and opportunities Work through sitemaps, user journeys and workflows, from beginning to end, translating insights into ideas to create new products and features. Wireframing/ Sketching and prototyping these ideas to quickly assess viability, and designing detailed interaction behaviors Serve as the voice of the customer and act as a customer experience advocate when considering design decisions Collaborate with multiple functional specialists such as designers, developers to create deliverablesSkills The ability to empathize with end users and understand their pains and needs Knowledge of user-centered design and design thinking The ability to conduct good user research through interviews with end users and business owners Experience with preparing sitemaps, customer journey maps, wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications The ability to explain complex concepts and ideas to clients and colleagues The ability to explain UX and UI concepts to folks from different backgrounds Strong analytical skills Have a good sense of visual design and create appealing User Interfaces Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma,Adobe XD,Sketch, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Understanding of common software project management and development practicesGood to Have A portfolio demonstrating your ability to research and design Experience with working on AR/VR is a plusMore Information Experience 2-5 years,
