KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS KPI
1. Installation & commissioning
• Proper wiring , connections and assembly
• Testing & as per S.O.Ps
• Proper documentation ( Installation report)
• Checking proper earthling, voltage and water supply
1. Discipline & reporting
• Task completion within target time
• On time reporting
• Team work
1. Safety (Machine & Human being)
• No parts damage
• Proper material handling.
• Follow the defined S.O.Ps (PPE)
1. Preventive maintenance
• Ensure daily machine check sheet checked by machine operators
• Preventive as per schedule
• Parts changing as per specification
1. Break down maintenance
• Quick response to customer/Machine operator
• Root cause analysis
• Max to Max break down 4 Hrs. / machine/ Month
1. Spare management
• Maintain Min max level inventory
• Consumption record
1. MIS & Documentation
• Machine history sheet
• Break down analysis record
• Daily MIS
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES
• Well aware about Power control supplies (3phase,single phase, DC and Earthing)
• Awareness of switch gears (MCCB, MCB etc.)
• Well verse with star delta connections.
• Knowledge about sensor, Limit switch. Relays, Solenoid Valves etc.
• Knowledge instruments.
• Awareness of electrical safety.
• Install motors, Fans
• Troubleshoots Motors and Heaters.
• Replaces circuit breakers switches
• Repairing Control panel.
• Direct communication with machine operator to resolve the problems.
• Drawing reading
• Well verse with computer
REPORTING RELATIONS
• On time report to seniors.
• Good behavior with peers, junior and seniors.

• The position requires full time physical presence, attention & devotion at the work site as a when required.

• Frequently local travelling all over India is normal and need based.
• The position required physical effort of handling machine tools, component to be mount.
• Service & Installation is the field of more physical work, so with respect to position, have to complete the any given task.
