Job Description

We are seeking a Senior/Architect ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of ServiceNow development projects, leading the technical implementation of solutions. You will customize ServiceNow applications to meet specific client requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.Responsibilities
• Lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow development projects.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet specific client requirements.
• Develop components for system integration, including SSO, LDAP, REST API, SOAP, and other integrations.
• Collaborate with business consultants to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, IRM, SecOps, and custom applications.
• Configure Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Client/Server Scripts to optimize ServiceNow functionality.
• Customize and configure Service Portals to enhance the user experience.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and NOW-Performance Analytics widgets.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and configurations.
• Support the development and growth of the Competence Center within the company.
• Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to ServiceNow developers to enhance team capabilities.
Requirements
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of solution and interface concepts, as well as industry standards such as Ajax, CSS, REST API, Angular, Web Services, SOAP, and XML.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting, preferably in JavaScript.
• Experience in at least two of the following ServiceNow applications:
  • Customer Service Management
  • Field Service Management
  • Security Operations
  • Integrated Risk Management / Governance, Risk and Compliance
  • Financial Services Operations
  • IT Service Management
  • Custom Applications
• ServiceNow certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (NOW-CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (NOW-CAD)
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (German language skills are a plus).
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
