Patient satisfaction is the primary goal, driven by personalized care at an affordable cost.Role DescriptionWe are inviting you to join the largest and the most reputed team of Vitreo Retina in Kerala for the below role:Position Title: Sr.Vitreo Retinal SurgeonLocation: Giridhar Eye Institute, Kochi, KeralaJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced Vitreo Retina Consultant with a long-term vitreo retina fellowship and surgical experience from a reputed institution, and a minimum of 10 to 15 years of surgical experience post-MS/DNB. The ideal candidate will have a strong surgical background and be proficient in the diagnosis, medical and surgical management of retinal disorders. They will contribute to patient care, education, and research while working in a team of collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.Qualification:Education: MS/DNB in Ophthalmology from a recognized institution.Fellowship: Long-term fellowship in Vitreo Retina from a reputed institution.Experience: Minimum of 10 to 15 years of surgical experience in retinal care.Licensing: Valid medical license to practice ophthalmology.Skills & Competencies:Proficiency in surgical management of retinal disorders.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.Dedication to continued professional development, education, and research.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in handling advanced retinal surgeries and complex cases.Publications in relevant ophthalmology and retina journals.Involvement in clinical research and trials related to retinal diseases.Working Conditions:Full-time position.Participation in on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays.To apply: hidden_email or contact 91 hidden_mobile,
