Job Description

    We are looking for a Senior Web Developer for our full-stack creative team who will be responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development, from the initial specification, development, testing, and launching of the project.To ensure success as a senior PHP developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming, an understanding of MVC designs, and working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3. Ultimately, a top-level PHP Developer can design and build efficient PHP modules while seamlessly integrating front-end technologies.Responsibilities Analysis web applications & and requirements. Designing and building web applications using PHP Technologies Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges Troubleshooting application, code issues and resolve problems Working with front-end and back-end developers on projects. Testing functionality for users and the backend. Ensuring that integrations run smoothly. Scaling projects based on feedback & requirements with performance and load. Ownership of code throughout development, staging, testing, and production Implementing and controlling development standards and procedures Deployment of applications as and when needed to different platforms AWS / Azure. Presenting work in meetings with stakeholders. Oversee junior web developers and evaluate their performanceRequirements Strong knowledge of PHP with MVC framework (Laravel, CakePHP, Codeigniter, Yii etc) Good command over OOPS & Understanding of MVC design patterns Good experience of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Good experience in JS frameworks (JQuery / AngularJS / ReactJS / VueJS ) Good understanding and experience with Responsive designs. Good working experience with SQL/NoSQL & creating MySQL Schema. Experience on performance optimisation, SQL Optimizations, caching techniques Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT, & release practices Good experience in designing RESTful APIs & Web services Cares deeply about clean, semantic, well-designed code and follows industry best practices. Having a passion for delivering a great user experience. Ability to work independently as well as in teams. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders Solid knowledge in all phases of the SDLC & Experience agile and waterfall methodologies Understanding accessibility and security compliance Strong Problem-solving skills and critical mindset. Great communication skills verbal & written. The desire and ability to learn.
