Job Description

    We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Store In-Charge. The Store In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient inventory management, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining store standards.Key Responsibilities Supervise store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Manage and maintain inventory levels, track stock movement, and ensure proper stock replenishment. Oversee the merchandising of products, ensuring attractive displays and accurate product labeling. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly. Train and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of performance and adherence to company policies. Monitor sales performance and work to meet sales targets. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring it is safe and welcoming for customers. Handle cash management, process transactions, and ensure accuracy in sales reports.
