Job Description

    Job Title: Structural Drafter (Residential Engineering) ProDes Engineering ( Parent Venture Donz Atelier )Location: Pallikara, Kakkanad, Cochin, Kerala, IndiaExperience: Minimum 3 yearsAbout Us:We are a start-up structural engineering firm based in India, specializing in providing innovative and high-quality drafting services for residential projects in Australia. Our team is committed to delivering excellence, working closely with our clients, and maintaining a collaborative, high-performance environment.We are looking for a talented and experienced Structural Drafter with a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential engineering drafting. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience with international standards (specifically Australian standards, not mandatory but ideal), and an ability to produce high-quality structural drawings that meet both client specifications and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities: Develop accurate, detailed, and high-quality structural drawings for residential projects, including foundations, framing, and structural elements using AutoCAD software. Interpret engineering designs and concepts to create clear and precise technical drawings. Work closely with engineers and architects to refine designs and resolve any drafting-related issues. Manage and update project documentation, including revisions, in an organized and efficient manner. Review and analyze project specifications, plans, and structural calculations to ensure accuracy. Communicate with clients and international stakeholders, addressing any queries or changes to the drafts.Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in structural drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a plus). Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all drafts. Ability to work collaboratively in a global, multi-disciplinary team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.Desirable Skills: Experience in drafting for international clients, especially in Australia.
