Job Description

    Handle tour and travel package enquiries, calls, emails, walk in clients, corporate clients, sub agents etc for their Travel & Tours related reservations. Handle package tours, hotel bookings and flight tickets reservation. Create tour package itineraries and quote to clients as per their requirements (training provided). Deal with vendors, liaison with hotels, transporters and other service providers and negotiate for the best quote. Update client data and follow-up status in designated software. Manage front officeCandidate Profile Previous experience of up to 2 years in similar role is must. Pleasant, confident and bears a positive, professional and ethical outlook that is conducive to attract and retain clients. Possesses good communication and customer handling and convincing skills Fluency in speaking English and Hindi is must. Should be result oriented and able to close tour package enquiries successfully Proficient in MS Office applications and Google sheetsOther particulars This is an on site job.
