Job Description

    Role DescriptionJob Title: VBA DeveloperLocation: Trivandrum, Chennai, Bangalore, KochiJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced VBA Developer with a strong background in automations, SQL, and database management. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in creating data automation services, working with SQL Server, MS Access databases, and VBA code. The role requires deep expertise in SQL and the ability to perform complex issue analysis and resolution. Excellent communication skills are essential for successful collaboration with cross-functional teams, users, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain VBA-based solutions to automate business processes and enhance productivity. Create, optimize, and manage Access databases to efficiently ingest, clean, store, and retrieve data for daily summary reports. Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts using SQL Server for data processing and reporting needs. Perform detailed analysis of issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures to resolve data-related challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the developed solutions. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed tools, databases, and workflows for reference and future use.Mandatory Skills And Experience 5 years of experience developing VBA macros and automating business data processes. Strong knowledge of database design, development, and maintenance. Proficiency in SQL Server, including experience with complex query writing and performance tuning. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills to effectively gather requirements and provide technical insights to internal teams and stakeholders.Good To Have Skills Experience with ETL tools, complex SQL statements, and data ingestion processes.
