    VP OperationsReported By - Project Managers, BDM, HR Executive, Finance ControllerRole Summary:The VP Operations will drive operational excellence, strategic growth, and organizational resilience, providing leadership and guidance to ensure effective decision-making across all levels.Education:- M.Tech / MBA with B.TechExperience:- 10-15 years in a relevant fieldPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:1. Develop and align strategies with management.2. Implement strategic plans and objectives aligned with organizational goals.3. Identify milestones, deliverables, and timelines for initiatives.4.
